Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Protection of Personal Data no. 6698 (“Law no. 6698”), your personal data scope includes every definite or determinable information. According to related legaslative regulation set forth by legal authorities, your personal data may be saved, stored, preserved, kept and processed, by our company, acting as and in the capacity of a data controller, under the following terms and conditions and to the extent described hereinbelow. We kindly require you to take the related information regarding legal issues hereinbelow. In accordance with the article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data no. 6698, the personal data of the Data Subject has a right to request information from our Company regarding; a) whether his/her personal data is being processed or not; b) if so, getting the related information; c) the purpose of processing personal data and whether the use of such data conforms to this purpose; d) the list of the third parties at home or abroad to whom personal data is transferred; e) requesting correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data which is subject to processing; f) deletion or destruction of personal data which has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PPD Law; g) the third parties to whom personal data is transferred to be notified of such deletion or destruction according to above-mentioned articles (e) and (f); (h) objecting to conclusions drawn against him/her merely by automated analysis of the processed data; (ı) requesting indemnification of any loss he/she incurs as a result of unlawful processing of personal data.
